JustAI

In-depth Report

  • JustAI is an AI content marketing platform for small and medium-sized businesses and content creators. The core product "Xiaojia" is a content marketing intelligence agent. With just one sentence, the user can directly produce complete graphic content that can be published - the copywriting, AI cover and accompanying pictures are delivered at once, eliminating multiple links of topic selection, manuscript writing, picture making and typesetting. It upgrades the ability of a general large model to "write a paragraph" to "complete a complete set of marketing materials", and connects content production, store release, and customer reputation accumulation into a closed loop through grass seeding code and marketing code.

  • JustAI was founded by Justai (Houma) Intelligent Technology, and its official website is justailab.com. In terms of product form, the team has targeted groups that have weak content marketing capabilities and are highly dependent on online traffic: catering and local life merchants, beauty industry, health care, retail stores, brand operations personnel, and suppliers such as factory OEM/ODM who "can make products but not brands." It does not seek to become another general-purpose AI assistant, but instead places its bets on "industrialized delivery of vertical scenarios" - using more than a dozen built-in professional creative skills to replace the work that merchants originally had to hire copywriters, designers, and agent operators to complete.

  • The main interaction of Xiaojia is very simple: no need to download the app or write code, just open the web page to register and log in to use it. There are also WeChat mini programs and third-party AI platform access versions. The user enters a request, such as "Help me make a Dianping operation plan" or "Generate a set of store exploration content." It will automatically break down the theme, refine the core selling points, arrange the content calendar, and provide it together with the copywriting and accompanying pictures. Currently, the built-in skills cover scenarios such as graphic notes, long articles on public accounts, marketing plans SOP, PPT, and marketing design. The graphic notes are further subdivided into a variety of visual templates such as Q-version comic style, Plog bloggers’ four-square grid, million blogger covers, health and wellness knowledge cards, travel notebooks, and actual recipes. One of the selling points that has been repeatedly emphasized is "one-click reproduction of popular content": throw a popular content link to AI, and it will dismantle the title structure, content framework and visual style, and then regenerate a set of original content using the merchant's own brand tone, rather than copying it. The most practical thing for merchants is that it opens up the closed loop of "content to publishing". The grass-growing code allows customers to scan the code to automatically generate store visit and grass-growing notes, and the marketing code allows customers to scan the code to directly generate natural language reviews in the style of Dianping and Meituan. Stores don’t need to teach customers how to write, and customers don’t need to be able to take pictures or type layout. They can complete a post or review in just a few seconds.

  • JustAI adopts a free registration quota plus subscription package model. Register to experience all core functions, including image and text creation, cover generation and marketing plans. The free quota is mainly used to allow merchants to verify the effects first. For high-frequency users who need to produce content in batches every day, guide them to purchase subscriptions to obtain more credits. The official website does not give specific pricing figures, only emphasizing that it is “far lower than the cost of hiring a full-time copywriter or designer.” Essentially, what it sells is a human-efficiency alternative to content production, and its target customers are small and medium-sized merchants who continue to pay for marketing outsourcing.

  • Positive feedback focused on "easy" and "fast". Many merchants said that in the past, it took an hour to start a graphic note from topic selection to drawing. After using it, the time will be reduced to less than ten minutes. The efficiency improvement is described as five to ten times. For catering and beauty industry owners who don't understand marketing, if they can clearly explain the characteristics of the store, they will get a complete set of plans, which lowers the threshold for use. Novice users also like the zero-thinking operation of "sending a link to copy the same model." Negatives and concerns are equally evident. First, it is easy to generate content with a heavy sense of routine. After the same template is mass-produced, the look and feel of notes from different merchants will converge, which will dilute the individuality of the account in the long run. The second is functions such as "marketing codes automatically generate positive reviews". The essence is that the platform writes reviews for users. The content generated by customers scanning the code is naturally instructive. If merchants directly promote sales without screening, they may step on the red line of Dianping and Meituan's rules on false transactions. Third, although the cover image is sufficient, merchants who pursue strong brand recognition will still find it template-like.

  • In the 2026 horizontal evaluation of AI graphics and text tools, Xiaojia was classified into the category of "direct delivery of content results" instead of remaining in auxiliary creation. Compared with Canva-like design tools, general large models, and vertical writing tools that only do copywriting, its difference is that it packages "writing" and "drawing" into one action, and further connects to "publishing", the most lacking link for businesses. Industry analysts believe that what small and medium-sized merchants really want is not a stronger model, but a scenario tool that understands platform rules and merchant language, and JustAI has made special optimizations in vertical corpus such as local life, store exploration, and grass planting.

  • The primary risk comes from the compliance boundary between "one-click replica of popular products" and "marketing code praise". If you just learn the structure and rhythm of a popular hit and rewrite it with original information, there won’t be much of a problem; but once it shifts to conveying expressions or directly mass-producing positive reviews for customers, content originality and platform anti-cheating rules will be touched upon. The second is content homogeneity - when a large number of small and medium-sized businesses feed the same platforms with the same set of templates, the aesthetic fatigue of the overall content ecology will backfire on the traffic of a single account. Finally, it is in the dual competition between general large models and vertical agents. Byte Coze, Tencent-based agents, etc. are all competing for the entrance of "direct use in WeChat", and the moat is not very deep.

  • It is most suitable for three types of people: the first is local lifestyle merchants who don’t understand marketing and don’t have the budget to hire an agent for operation; the second is content creators who need to stably produce graphics and long articles for public accounts; the third is factories and white-label suppliers who want to use low-cost content to build their brand. It is not suitable for teams that pursue a strong brand personality, have strict visual customization requirements, or whose platform has extremely strict supervision of AI-generated evaluation. It is recommended to position it as a "content pipeline" rather than a "brand brain": use its templates to quickly spread the volume, and then manually select and reprocess the most decent content to avoid the entire store's content being biased by the same template.

  • JustAI Xiaojia has advanced AI from "helping you write" to "helping you finish it", and uses seed codes and marketing codes to connect content production and store conversion into a closed loop. It is a rare "production to release" integrated solution in content marketing for small and medium-sized merchants. However, you need to be wary of the compliance risks caused by template homogeneity and automatic praise. Use it like an assembly line and retain manual control, so that it can run for a long time.
